Shri Radha Brij Vasundhara Resort and Spa, one heck of a name, and so is the property. It is located in the lands of Govardhan Parvat. It is 70kms from Agra and 165kms from New Delhi. The resort has its design inspired by that of a tree. Each nest consist of 24 cottages with each panicle been named after a holy Indian river. At Brij Vasundhara, they seems to be much obsessed with trees, they have maintained a much greener environment at the resorts.
The resort’s each nest is a somewhat different from the other nests. Each nest contains 24 cottages but some has 1bhk, some has 2 bhk and some even got duplexes. There one can also find some permanent residents living. Each nest has a garden of its own in the centre and there are small lawns in front of every cottage to chill, relax or do birdwatching. Even one can enjoy sunset and sunrise here.
As for basic amenities, they have a restaurant named “Matki” at the resort. The food here is ultra succulent. To name a few dishes that I would recommend are; Tandoori Aloo, Chef’s special Italian Tinda, Kurkuri Bhindi and Dal Makhani. Though there are many more drool worthy items on their menu, but these four are just not be missed. Not to mention, its a complete vegetarian restaurant, so everything you find here would be vegetarian only. Also they got some very tasty sweets for the people with and without sweet tooth. Other amenities and services of the resort includes spa services, named “Anubhuti”.
The resort has a lush green and beautiful ambiance. Its crafted in a way that even the minute detailing would seem to be perfected. Right from the entrance they have made pavements, the first building is of reception, concierge, restaurant and recreational areas. Speaking of the recreations, the got a swimming pool, mini gym and a games room which contains pool table, table tennis and air hockey. For the outdoor activities, they have a few bicycles for in each nest, which one can take for a ride anytime within the resort premises. Also every morning, there’s a yoga session for the residents at the resort.
